Que faire en cas d'alerte de votre antivirus ?


  1. Fausses Alertes

    Vous pouvez ignorer sans crainte toute alerte de votre antivirus lors de l'installation d'un logiciel de ce site, ce sont toutes des fausses alertes.
    Tous les logiciels proposés depuis 2003(!) sur http://chat-webcam-samuro.com, http://www.safe-c.org et http://www.planet-samuro.com ont été développés par Marc Samuro. Il peut vous garantir qu'ils sont sûrs et sans danger pour votre ordinateur. Aucun logiciel n'a besoin de droits d'administrateur pour l'installation.

  2. Situation Actuelle

    En 2018 la situation est comme suit : le logiciel chat webcam (qui est plus ancien) a déjà été débloqué par tous les antivirus parce qu'il a acquis une bonne réputation. Par contre le logiciel Planet 3D est nouveau et est encore bloqué par environ 50% des antivirus qui sont très méfiants à l'égard d'un .EXE qui n'est pas dans leur historique et qui a été écrit dans un langage (Safe-C) et avec des libraires qu'ils ne connaissent pas. Ce pourcentage descend doucement mais remonte à 50% à chaque fois que nous proposons une nouvelle version sur le site. La seule manière de l'installer actuellement est vraiment de forcer l'installation et de franchir tous les blocages (navigateur, antivirus, Smartscreen, etc.).

  3. Comment Installer

    Le plus simple est de désactiver votre antivirus avant l'installation. Après l'installation, cliquez-droit le raccourci sur votre bureau et regardez dans quel dossier le logiciel a été installé (normalement pour le chat c'est C:\CHAT.xxx\ et pour planet c'est : C:\USERS\votre-nom-de-pc\APPDATA\ROAMING\PLANET3D). Ajoutez ce dossier dans les exceptions de votre antivirus avant de le réactiver.



    Si Windows SmartScreen vous donne une alerte quand vous cliquez sur l'.exe, cliquez sur 'Informations Complémentaires' et 'Exécutez quand même'.







  4. Les antivirus posant problème

    Vous pouvez voir sur cette page les 27 antivirus qui génèrent une alerte incorrecte de troyan ou malware lors de l'installation de nsis_install_planet.exe en 2018. Donc ne vous inquiétez pas si vous avez cette alerte, vous pouvez l'ignorer. 39 autres antivirus fonctionnent correctement et indiquent que ce logiciel est sans danger.

  5. Comment Réclamer

    Ce que vous pouvez faire, c'est signaler que ce logiciel est sûr et avertir le fournisseur d'antivirus qu'il génère des fausses alertes : signalez un FAUX POSITIF à votre fournisseur d'antivirus en donnant l'exe au lien suivant :

Je dois dire, en tant que petit développeur de logiciels, que c'est un parcours du combattant de venir à bout des nombreuses alertes qui viennent bloquer le téléchargement de mes programmes. Il faut envoyer de nombreux emails aux entreprises qui détectent les virus sur internet, et quand cela fonctionne cela n'a souvent un effet que pendant quelques semaines. C'est devenu scandaleusement difficile de proposer un executable à télécharger sur internet en 2018, les logiciels antivirus ont complètement cadenassé la sécurité et avec la multiplications des fausses alertes (false positive) sur la plupart des antivirus, les gens n'osent plus rien télécharger à part les logiciels signés des grandes compagnies ou ceux écrits avec des compilateurs connus.
