  1. Falsche Alarme

    Sie können alle Warnungen Ihres Virenscanners bei der Installation von Software von dieser Website ignorieren, es handelt sich um Fehlalarme.
    Die gesamte Software seit 2003(!) auf http://chat-webcam-samuro.com, http://www.safe-c.org und http://www.planet-samuro.com wurde von Marc Samuro entwickelt. Er kann Ihnen garantieren, dass sie sicher und ohne Gefahr für Ihren Computer ist. Keines der Programme benötigt Administratorrechte für die Installation.

  2. Heutiger Stand

    Im Jahr 2018 sieht die Situation so aus: die (ältere) Webcam-Chat-Software wurde bereits von allen Anbietern von Virenscannern freigegeben, weil sie sich einen guten Ruf erworben hat. Auf der anderen Seite ist Planet 3D neu und wird immer noch von etwa 50% der Anbieter von Virenscannern blockiert, die einer neuen EXE sehr misstrauisch gegenüber stehen, wenn die nicht in ihrer Datenbank ist und die in einer Sprache (Safe-C) und mit Bibliotheken geschrieben wurde, die sie nicht kennen. Dieser Prozentsatz sinkt langsam, steigt aber jedes Mal auf 50% zurück, wenn wir eine neue Version auf der Website anbieten. Die einzige Möglichkeit, Planet 3D jetzt zu installieren, besteht darin, die Installation wirklich zu erzwingen und alle Blockierungen (Browser, Virenscanner, Smartscreen, etc.) zu umgehen.

  3. Wie Installiert man

    Die einfachste Art der Installation besteht darin, den Virenscanner vor der Installation zu deaktivieren. Klicken Sie nach der Installation mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Verknüpfung auf Ihrem Desktop und schauen Sie sich den Ordner an, in dem die Software installiert wurde (normalerweise ist es für den Webcam-Chat C:\CHAT.xxx\ und für Planet 3D ist es C:\USERS\Ihr-pc-Name\APPDATA\ROAMING\PLANET3D). Fügen Sie diesen Ordner zu den Ausnahmen Ihres Virenscanners hinzu, bevor Sie ihn wieder aktivieren.



    Wenn Windows SmartScreen eine Warnung anzeigt, klicken Sie auf 'Zusatzinformationen' und 'Trotzdem Ausführen'.







  4. Virenscanners die Probleme verursachen

Als kleiner Softwareentwickler muss ich sagen, dass es eine Höllenarbeit ist, die vielen Warnungen los zu werden, die das Herunterladen meiner Programme blockieren. Ich muss dafür viele E-Mails an Firemen senden die Viren im Internet erkennen, und wenn es funktioniert, hat es oft nur für ein paar Wochen eine Wirkung. Es ist skandalös schwierig geworden eine ausführbare Datei auf dem Internet anzubieten, da die Antivirensoftware Windows vollständig gesperrt hat. Mit der Multiplikation von Fehlalarmen (false positive) bei den meisten Antivirenprodukten wagen es die Menschen nicht mehr Software herunterzuladen, ausser der Software die von großen Unternehmen signiert wurden, oder die von bekannten Compilern stamt.
